Anyone can purchase a Showbiz Trophy. Our typical customers are people in the entertainment industry that wish to purchase a professional trophy for themselves, cast & crew, friends, family, etc…. However, they are available for anyone and any occasion.

Domestic orders will leave our warehouse within 2 business days. Shipping time will be between 2-5 business days. International orders will leave our warehouse within 2 business days. Shipping time will be between 6-10 Business days.

Domestic shipping & handling is $20 per trophy. International shipping and handling is $65 per trophy.

Depending on where you are located, we use USPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Yes, all domestic orders that are $500 or more will receive free shipping. We do not offer free shipping for international orders.

Showbiz Trophies are shipped out of Los Angeles CA.

Unfortunately not, we currently do not allow orders to be picked up from our warehouse.

Showbiz Trophies are $250 each. However, we have discount periods through the year where they can be purchased for up to 50% off.

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. All orders must be paid in full before we can ship them.

Yes, we welcome all international customers and can accommodate their orders.

Absolutely! We take every precaution to protect our user's information. All credit card numbers are encrypted and protected, SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Once your order is processed and your credit card clears, we do not keep it on file for your projection.

Unfortunately, we do not accept checks at this time.

Due to our fast processing time, it is very challenging to add to or change your order. If a change is absolutely essential, please contact us at info@showbiztrophy as soon as possible.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. However, in certain situations, we will issue a refund with a 30% restocking fee of the original price. Customers are responsible for return shipping. There are no refunds issued after 7 days of receiving your trophy.

Yes, trophies can be ordered with a personalized text plate. Just type no text on the first line of the engraving page.

If you live in the state of California, you will be charged sales tax.

You can have up to 5 lines of text and up to 27 characters per line. For a total of 135 characters

Our trophies are designed to look fantastic with our set maximums of text. However, if you need additional text, please contact us at info@showbiz trophy to discuss possible options. There will be a $5 additional surcharge if additional characters are added.

Yes, we can create your text plate and mail them to you once you have your desired text information.

We currently do not accept personal logos or artwork.

The Showbiz trophy weighs 2.5 pounds and is 12.5 inches in height.
